About the Role
We are currently looking to add a Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to our tight-knit team at our South Austin center. We are a multidisciplinary clinic with ABA, Speech, and OT working together in an integrated approach at our award-winning campus while enjoying various developmental activities such as aquatic therapy, social skill groups, and school readiness classrooms. In the Fall of 2024, we are launching a non-profit private school One of the Kids Academy at the South Austin location.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small caseload of 5-6 comprehensive program clients (140-160 direct therapy hours under supervision)
- Serve and care for our families
- Serve and develop your team as a compassionate, responsive leader
- Individualize treatment and work collaboratively with other disciplines
- Utilize naturalistic teaching strategies with creativity and flexibility
Requirements
- Certified as a BCBA
- 1+ year of BCBA-related experience preferred but not required
- Dedicated to serving and caring for our families

Schedule
- Center-based in South Austin
- Flexible schedule within operating hours between 8:30AM and 5PM weekdays
- No weekends or after hours
Pay & Benefits
- Salary $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience level, plus a quarterly performance-based bonus
