About the role
The FirstSteps Team is dedicated to providing evidence-based, behavior analytic treatment to children with autism and related learning differences. Our mission includes supporting the development of clinical leaders and offering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Observe sessions and coach Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in real-time
- Mentor and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Lead caregiver training and family coaching
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), educators, and physicians
- Participate in clinical trainings and research initiatives
- Mentor junior clinicians
Qualifications
- Hold an active BCBA or BCBA-D credential
- Have a master’s or PhD in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field
- Bring 5+ years of clinical experience, including supervising clinical programs
- Be passionate about compassionate, person-centered care
- Enjoy collaboration and teamwork
- Be authorized to work in the United States

Pay
$85,000 – $95,000 annual salary (depending on experience)
