Job Overview

As a qualified behavioral health services provider, your role is to provide quality clinical supports and supervision within the assigned caseload.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct functional analyses for the purpose of identifying the variables controlling problem behavior
  • Develop skill acquisition and behavioral support plans to address identified needs
  • Establish appropriate data collection systems to measure and track progress
  • Train staff and providers on the implementation of these plans
  • Routine review and analysis of data to ensure treatment effectiveness
  • Complete required paperwork (i.e., quarterlies, written plans) in a timely manner

Requirements

  • A Master's degree and one-two years experience as a BCBA with High School students
  • Motivates and influences others
  • An excellent listener and problem solver who writes well
  • Can impart information clearly and succinctly
  • Some fluency using technology
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work day hours
  • Some after school hours may be required
  • Must be fingerprinted as required by NYSED
