Thrive Therapy Part-Time | Hourly | 100% Remote/Telehealth Competitive Hourly Rate | Immediate Opening Thrive Therapy is a small, warm, and supportive ABA company dedicated to helping children and families make meaningful progress in everyday life. We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative BCBA for a newly created remote parent-training and consultation position. This is an ideal opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys working directly with parents and caregivers, providing practical ABA coaching, and helping families build the skills and confidence to support their child’s progress. This position is exclusively focused on parent training and consultation. There is no BHT, RBT, or behavior technician supervision. Responsibilities Provide individualized parent-training sessions through telehealthDevelop meaningful, measurable parent-training goalsTeach parents and caregivers practical, evidence-based ABA strategiesProvide coaching related to behavior, communication, independence, daily routines, and other individualized needsMonitor client and caregiver progress and adjust recommendations as neededCollaborate with parents, teachers, and other members of the client’s support teamProvide clear, compassionate, and actionable feedbackComplete required assessments, treatment planning, progress reviews, and clinical documentationMaintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentationCommunicate regularly with Thrive’s clinical and administrative teams Qualifications Current BCBA certification requiredCurrent Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License requiredExperience providing parent training, caregiver coaching, or family consultation preferredStrong clinical judgment and knowledge of ABA principlesAbility to explain clinical concepts in practical, family-friendly languageExcellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsComfortable providing services through telehealthAbility to work independently while remaining connected and responsive to the clinical team Why Join Thrive? 100% remote/telehealthParent training and consultation onlyNo BHT, RBT, or behavior technician supervisionFlexible part-time scheduleCompetitive hourly compensationSupportive and collaborative clinical leadershipContinuing education and professional-development opportunitiesPaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementHealth, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees Job Type: Part-Time, Hourly Schedule: Flexible daytime and/or evening hours Work Location: Remote
