Job Summary
Achieving Stars Therapy is hiring a remote BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) licensed in Kansas to conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients. This role is 100% remote and focused strictly on assessment and clinical writing - no ongoing case management required.
What You’ll Do
- Congduct initial ABA assessments
- Analyze data and identify clinical needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with payer requirements
- Ensure timely completion of assessment reports
- Collaborate with intake and clinical teams
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Active Kansas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) (required)
- Proven experience writing ABA treatment plans
- Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Compensation & Benefits
- $60-$75 per hour (based on experience)
