About the role
Open Doors ABA is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an active Tennessee LBA license to join our growing team. Begin part-time (5–25 hrs/week) with the option to transition to full-time (25+ hrs/week) based on your performance and goals. This remote, flexible position allows you to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and developmental disabilities, supported by a collaborative and supportive clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments and evaluations
- Develop and manage individualized behavior intervention plans
- Deliver direct ABA therapy and track client progress
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Keep up-to-date with ABA research and best practices
Qualifications
- Tennessee LBA license (required)
- BCBA certification (in good standing)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and assessment tools
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and focused on client needs
Schedule
