Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and expand our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program. You will assist individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurological/behavioral needs by delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions that promote positive behavior changes and improve overall quality of life.

All time paid: 65% billable hours during your workweek, 35% non-billable hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers
• Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in ABA

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis
• BCBA License through the BACB
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
