About the role

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at BlueSprig, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy in Pearland, TX. Pay

  • Annual Salary: $85,000 - $88,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 - $18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 - $20,000 (depending on start date and location)
  • Total Annual Compensation: up to $104,000
