Part-Time Position | Flexible After School Schedule Billable Rate: $50–$75/hour Looking for a BCBA position where you can focus on clinical care instead of supervising behavior technicians? Thrive ABA Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least five years of post-certification BCBA experience who is passionate about providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to young autistic children and their families. This position is ideal for a BCBA looking for consistent after-school hours, supplemental income, or a flexible part-time schedule. Unlike traditional ABA providers, Thrive ABA Therapy operates a Direct BCBA Model. We do not employ Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs). Every child receives services directly from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical work, build strong relationships with families, and provide individualized treatment.
