Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our clinic in midtown Charlotte, North Carolina (3820 Randolph Heights Dr. Suite 100, Charlotte, NC). Our team provides life-changing ABA treatment to children and families affected by Autism.
About the role
The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs, continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education and consultation, and problem-solving to help each client reach their potential. This position also supervises behavior technicians, ensuring professional implementation of treatment plans with high reliability and fidelity. Responsibilities
- Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs
- Design Treatment Plans of Care and measurement/data collection systems
- Provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB (minimum 20% oversight or more if required)
- Motivate and mentor assigned Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to implement treatment plans effectively
- Attend monthly off-site team RBT meetings and Client Outcomes reviews
- Conduct family training
- Handle billing and documentation for all clinical activities on the same day
- Attend regularly scheduled monthly meetings with BCBAs and other staff
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in ABA preferred
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
- Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background and reference check
- Reliable transportation
