Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with BACB, payer, and Maryland regulations.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification.
- Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license (required).
- Must currently reside in Maryland.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Pay
$125,000 annual salary
