As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and clinicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy in Long Beach, California.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Pass a background check, including criminal history and driving record

Pay

  • Annual Salary: $85,000–$90,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000–$18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
  • Total Annual Compensation: $108,000
  • Annual merit-based salary increases
