Responsibilities

Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Pass a background check, including criminal history and driving record
Pay
- Annual Salary: $85,000–$90,000
- Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000–$18,000 (paid monthly)
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
- Total Annual Compensation: $108,000
- Annual merit-based salary increases
