About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide individualized therapy sessions based on each child's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all therapy sessions.
- Support the center's mission and values through your actions and interactions.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as special education, psychology, or a related area.
- Experience working with children with autism or similar developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Pass a background check and health clearance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Skills
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and effective teaching strategies.
