About the role
Conduct initial assessments for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for BCBA candidates.
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure accurate and thorough evaluations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- Experience in conducting behavior analysis assessments.
- Knowledge of BCBA standards and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of behavioral principles and interventions.
