Part-time position available from 3:30 PM–6:30 PM, with additional hour opportunities on some days. Hybrid role offering in-clinic, in-home, and in-school services in Indianola, IA.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced clinician to lead our evening programming, focused on providing targeted support to school-aged learners. This program will work with children who may need additional support with emotional regulation, social skills, communication, and other skills that help them be successful at school, at home, and in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
  • Providing one-on-one therapy and family support
  • Supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant)
  • Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health

Requirements

  • BCBA Certification
  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Experience working with school-aged learners, particularly those needing support with emotional regulation, social skills, and related areas
  • Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
  • Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care
  • Reliable transportation
  • Active CPR Certification (we'll help you get certified if needed)
  • Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)
  • Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)
