About the role

AB Spectrum is hiring BCBAs who want to do meaningful clinical work without sacrificing their quality of life. We provide specialized ReggioABA™ therapy for young children ages 2–6, combining the science of evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis with the creativity, curiosity, and child-led principles of Reggio Emilia.

What Makes AB Spectrum Different

  • Therapy Through Play: Our unique Therapy Through Play model creates a natural, preschool-like environment where children learn through play, exploration, relationships, and real-world experiences. We incorporate Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and child-led learning to provide individualized, meaningful early intervention.
  • A Truly Collaborative Team: You'll work alongside BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and administrative professionals who believe great outcomes come from working together. Our clinics also incorporate enriching experiences such as music facilitators, pet interactions, community partnerships, and other special learning opportunities.
  • Increased Compensation: We've increased our compensation range to recognize the experience, expertise, and impact our clinical team brings to the children and families we serve.
