About the role
Divine Steps Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs) for hybrid/remote roles supporting Maryland cases. We are a growing ABA company focused on quality over quantity, clinician support, and strong work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
- Create individualized ABA programs and goals
- Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs (remote and/or in-person)
- Monitor client progress and update programming as needed
- Provide monthly parent training
- Complete billing, notes, and reports on time
- Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Maryland LBA required (or willing to obtain before start)
- Master’s or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
Pay
- Full-time: $100,000 – $110,000/year + bonus
- Part-time: $110/hour
