Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Remote

About the role

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

• Achievable targets: average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload

Requirements

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification
• Successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review

Pay

• Earning potential (salary + productivity bonus): $108,000 - $135,000
• First-year bonus: $7,500
• Additional monthly bonus potential: up to 10% of monthly base salary
