Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid Position - North Carolina

About the role

The Clinical Staff – North Carolina BCBA position offers a hybrid work schedule combining both in-person and remote work options. This role is based in Raleigh, Charlotte, Winston Salem, Albemarle, Concord, Henderson, and Monroe, North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior assessments
• Provide direct behavioral intervention services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Conduct ongoing data collection and analysis to evaluate treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning
• Train and supervise Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA)
• Maintain accurate documentation of all services provided

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or closely related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• At least two years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or other developmental disabilities
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Experience with evidence-based interventions for autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
