About the role
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to provide clinical services in multiple locations across North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and training staff.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop interventions to address identified behaviors
- Train and supervise staff in behavior analysis techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Provide consultation and support to families and caregivers
- Document all services provided in accordance with state regulations and agency policies
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or closely related field from an accredited institution
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between assigned locations as needed
