About the role
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed to provide clinical services in North Carolina. This position offers a hybrid schedule combining both remote and in-person work.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on data-driven decision making
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform interventions
- Train and supervise staff members providing behavioral support services
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities
Requirements
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or closely related field from an accredited institution
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- At least 1,500 hours of supervised BCBA experience within the past 5 years
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
