About the role

Northeast Family Services is hiring Full-Time and Fee-for-Service Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Full-time positions require a weekly billable minimum of only 26 hours. The BCBA will complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, supervise behavior technicians, and deliver direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction. Responsibilities include all required documentation for ongoing treatment, such as instructional programs, data collection and analysis, progress reports, and behavior support plans.

A truly flexible schedule is available, with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends open. Hybrid positions combining in-person and telehealth cases are also offered.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework
  • Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
  • Current LABA preferred
  • Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges
  • Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle
  • Availability for morning, after-school, and evening hours
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Compassionate approach to care
  • Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments
  • Proficient with word processing and graphing software
  • Current with best practices and developments in the field of ABA
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available)
  • Access to a laptop or CPS, high-speed secure internet, and a phone required for Fee-for-Service positions
  • Access to high-speed secure internet required for Full-Time positions

Pay

  • Full-Time: $65,000–$75,000 per year
  • Fee-for-Service: $60–$75 per hour
  • Incentive Rate: $55 per hour over productivity
