Responsibilities

• Work with a small caseload of 6-11 clients, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity
• Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results
• Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems
• Work in a diverse range of settings (home, community, and clinic) while receiving ongoing mentorship and support to grow professionally

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire)
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Driver’s license with 1+ years of driving experience
• Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred

Pay

Competitive base salary of $70,000 - $100,000, with significant earning potential through bonuses.
