Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in Greenville, North Carolina. We provide life-changing ABA treatment to children with Autism and their families, focusing on outstanding quality care in environments where all team members can think big, have fun, and do good.

About the Role

The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs, continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving to help each client reach their potential. This role includes supervising behavior technicians to ensure professional, reliable, and high-fidelity implementation of treatment plans. The ideal candidate is motivated, coachable, kind, solution-focused, and ethically driven, using our team as a platform to do their life's best work.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavior assessments based on client needs.
  • Design Treatment Plans of Care and measurement/data collection systems.
  • Provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB, including 20% (or more if required) supervision.
  • Motivate and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to help them learn, grow, and implement treatment plans effectively.
  • Attend monthly off-site team RBT meetings and Client Outcomes reviews.
  • Conduct family training.
  • Handle billing and documentation for all clinical activities on the same day.
  • Attend regularly scheduled monthly meetings with BCBAs and other staff as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in ABA (preferred).
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing.
  • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) highly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a background and reference check.
