Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA Fort Collins
Advanta Autism Care is a growing ABA provider serving children and families across the Colorado Front Range, including Denver Metro, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins, Loveland, and surrounding communities. We provide compassionate, high-quality in-home, in-school, and community-based ABA services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental needs, with a strong focus on collaboration, clinical quality, and meaningful progress.
About the role
We are currently hiring a part-time BCBA to support clients in the Aurora and greater Denver Metro area. This role includes a combination of in-home, community-based, and telehealth supervision when clinically appropriate. We offer flexible scheduling and work collaboratively with our clinicians to build schedules that support both client needs and work-life balance. Caseloads are intentionally kept manageable to support quality care, meaningful supervision, and sustainable clinical work.

Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Lead parent training and collaborate with caregivers to support consistency across environments
- Review client progress and make data-based treatment decisions
- Maintain documentation that meets BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports when appropriate
- Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and team communication
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in home and community settings
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
