Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

As a BCBA at Beyond Core Therapy, you will play a vital role in helping children with autism spectrum disorder reach their true potential. Job Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and adjust treatment goals as needed
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Active Missouri LBA license
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives

Compensation and Schedule

Pay Range: $85 - $95/hour
Part-Time: Flexible caseloads 1-5+ clients based on the need and your availability
Shifts: Choose the number of clients that works for you, with opportunities to grow your caseload over time
