BlueSprig is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fish Hawk, Florida to lead a team of behavior technicians, develop individualized intervention plans, and collaborate with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of behavior technicians.
  • Build and implement individualized intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with families and physicians to deliver high-quality ABA therapy.

Pay

  • Annual Salary: $80,000–$87,000
  • Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000–$18,000 (paid monthly)
  • Sign-On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
  • Total Annual Compensation: Up to $103,000
