About the role
You will join a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. Our model means daily collaboration with Speech, OT, and PT—real shared problem-solving, not just shared clients on paper. You’ll design and oversee ABA programs, conduct assessments and program reviews, supervise and develop your RBT team, and lead parent training and family meetings. Your caseload is capped at 10 clients to ensure quality care, and documentation can be handled from home so clinic time stays focused on clients and collaboration.

Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- 2–5 years of experience in a clinical or center-based ABA setting

Pay
- Base salary: $82,000–$90,000/year
- 2% additional compensation for bilingual clinicians
- Performance-based monthly bonus up to $750/month ($9,000 annually)
- Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
