About the role
As our Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy. Pay
- Annual Salary: $85,000 – $88,000
- Annual Individual Bonus: $7,000 – $18,000 (paid monthly)
- Sign On Bonus: $5,000–$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
- Total Annual Compensation up to $104,000
Schedule
- Hybrid work model with the option to work remotely one day per week as center operations allow
- 15 paid days off and 9 holidays annually
