About the role
Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on clinical role delivering high-quality ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder at their Cypress clinic location. Ideal for a BCBA seeking flexible hours, strong clinical support, and meaningful patient impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and clinic leadership
- Ensure ethical, compliant, and effective service delivery per BACB standards
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing (BACB)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Behavior Analyst in Texas (LBA)
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing ABA services to pediatric clients
- Experience supervising RBTs preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
