At Hispanic Autism Services of Michigan, we believe every child deserves compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care. Our mission is to bring quality ABA therapy to underserved communities, especially the families of Pontiac, through empathy, teamwork, and dedication. We are expanding our center-based services and seeking a committed BCBA who values collaboration, inclusivity, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.
Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
- Deliver parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency and skill generalization.
- Partner with administrative staff to plan staff trainings and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Monitor data and client progress, updating treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain documentation consistent with the BACB, LARA, and Medicaid standards.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-driven work culture.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Current Michigan LARA License (required).
- Experience working with school-age children and teens.
- Familiarity with Medicaid-based clients (preferred).
