Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Contract Position (near Flint, MI) - Goodrich, MI

At Hispanic Autism Services of Michigan, we believe every child deserves compassionate, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care. Our mission is to bring quality ABA therapy to underserved communities, especially the families of Pontiac, through empathy, teamwork, and dedication. We are expanding our center-based services and seeking a committed BCBA who values collaboration, inclusivity, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency and skill generalization.
• Partner with administrative staff to plan staff trainings and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Maintain data and monitor client progress, updating treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure documentation is consistent with BACB, LARA, and Medicaid standards.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-driven work culture.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Michigan LARA License (required).
• Experience working with school-age children and teens.
• Familiarity with Medicaid-based clients (preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• A commitment to serving diverse and underserved communities with integrity and compassion.

Qualifications
