Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on functional behavior analysis
  • Provide consultation and training to families, educators, and caregivers
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis
  • Document progress and communicate findings to clients and supervising BCBA

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passionate about making a difference in people’s lives

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Experience with data collection and analysis
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
