Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Concord, NC
Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our newly opened clinic in Concord, North Carolina. Our team provides life-changing ABA treatment to children and their families with Autism. About the Role
The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs, including continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education and consultation, and problem-solving to help each client reach their potential. This position also supervises behavior technicians, ensuring professionalism, learning, and high-fidelity implementation of treatment plans. The ideal candidate is motivated, coachable, kind, solution-focused, inclusive, and ethically bound.

Responsibilities
- Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs
- Design Treatment Plans of Care and measurement/data collection systems
- Provide case oversight in compliance with the BACB (minimum 20% oversight or more if required)
- Motivate and mentor assigned Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to implement treatment plans effectively
- Attend monthly off-site team RBT meetings and Client Outcomes reviews
- Conduct family training
- Handle billing and documentation for all clinical activities on the same day
- Attend regularly scheduled monthly meetings with BCBAs and other staff
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in ABA (preferred)
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, in good standing
- Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) highly preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass a background and reference check
- Reliable transportation
