Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Assessor Role

About the role
Conduct in-person initial assessments throughout the NC region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based assessment tools
- Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation
- Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements
- Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services
- Work closely with our clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services
- Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation
Requirements
- Active BCBA and NC LBA Certification
- 2-3 years experience conducting Initial Assessments
- Passion for compassionate care and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services

$90,000–$98,000 base salary plus additional monthly bonus opportunities.
