Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial ABA assessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Complete functional and skills-based assessments using evidence-based assessment tools.
• Develop individualized treatment recommendations and clinical documentation.
• Create initial treatment plans in accordance with BACB and payer requirements.
• Collaborate with families to explain assessment findings and recommended services.
• Work closely with our clinical and intake teams to ensure a smooth transition into ongoing ABA services.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Active BCBA and NC LBA Certification (required).
• 2-3 years experience conducting initial assessments.
• Passion for compassionate care and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality ABA services.

Pay

$90,000–$98,000 base salary plus additional monthly bonus opportunities.
