Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Clinic-Based | Full-Time | West Orange, NJ

Join a growing pediatric ABA team in West Orange, New Jersey. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in a collaborative, clinic-based environment with young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Choose from:
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• Limited evening meetings (approximately once per month)

Pay

$70,000 – $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA)
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA staff
• Monitor client progress and update treatment goals
• Complete reassessment reports and clinical documentation
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with schools when appropriate
• Work closely with multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
• Mentor staff and support clinical excellence
• Maintain documentation using electronic ABA software
• Direct therapy is only expected occasionally during staffing shortages

Requirements

• Active BCBA Certification
• Active New Jersey Behavior Analyst License (or eligible to obtain before start)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based care
