Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinic-Based
About the role
Willow ABA Services is seeking qualified individuals to work under the supervision of a Clinical Director (BCBA) and provide clinic‑based ABA services for families with children on the autism spectrum in Wilmington, NC. Board‑Certified Behavior Analysts at Willow ABA Services assist clients by developing meaningful goals, creating achievable intervention plans for RBTs and family members, and mentoring/educating staff and caregivers throughout the ABA journey. BCBAs are expected to act in accordance with the highest professional, ethical, and clinical standards, supervising and leading Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure compliance with Willow’s guidelines, HIPAA regulations, the BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts, and all other pertinent regulatory bodies.
Why join the Willow ABA team? At Willow ABA, we want our employees to feel secure, significant, and accepted. Just as we teach our clients to accept differences, we encourage our staff to embrace theirs—your differences are not only welcomed, they are needed. We don’t want this to be just a 9‑5 job; we want you to continue to grow, learn, and find your passion. As part of the Willow Team you will be cross‑trained to capitalize on your individual skills, strengths, and interests. Willow is a small family‑owned practice where clients and staff are the number one priority. BCBAs are supported by a comprehensive administrative team that handles all insurance, authorization, scheduling, and credentialing needs, allowing you to focus on impacting clients and their families in a meaningful way.
How we invest in our staff: We provide ongoing and consistent clinical collaboration in which our Clinical Director offers feedback and training on treatment protocols and individualized programming. Per the BACB’s recommendation, we evaluate the level of need for BCBA oversight for each client and adhere to our clinical recommendations to ensure programming is implemented with fidelity, making service hours as efficient as possible. If you are interested in leadership, there is room for growth—we support everyone on the Willow ABA team in achieving their professional goals. Our goal is to help clients reach their fullest potential, which means our employees must also be able to reach theirs. Willow ABA Services takes pride in offering beautifully decorated, well‑equipped clinics where all services are provided in one convenient location.
