Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA Certification Required) - Clinical & OBM

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performance management systems for staff
• Conduct organizational assessments to identify workflow and performance barriers
• Develop KPIs and data systems to monitor staff productivity and quality outcomes
• Provide staff training and performance feedback using behavioral principles
• Experience or strong interest in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and/or performance management
• Experience supervising clinical staff (RBTs, BCBAs, or similar roles)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field required
• Master's Degree preferred
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification with a supervisory endorsement required
• Experience working with students with multiple needs and autism required

Pay

The salary range for this position is $85,500- $90,000 based on experience.

Schedule

The hours of this position are 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
