Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

About the role
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, oversee behavior-analytic programs executed by RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments such as preference assessments, functional assessments, and staff performance assessments. You will also supervise individuals seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis and perform other typical BCBA activities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Active BCBA certification
- Initiate state licensure process prior to start date (if required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Pay
$100,000 - $120,000 (Full-Time) plus a relocation package up to $10,000.
