About the role

The Clinical Supervisor, BCBA will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of evidence-based practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. They will also be involved in training and mentoring new therapists, conducting assessments, and providing consultation to other members of the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices in ABA therapy
  • Train and mentor new therapists
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide consultation to other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care
  • Elevate standards of practice in ABA and related therapies

Requirements

  • BCBA certification with 1+ years of BCBA-related experience preferred but not required
  • Small caseload of 4-5 full-time equivalent clients (approximately 150 direct therapy hours under supervision)
  • Flexible schedule within operating hours between 8:30 AM and 5 PM, weekdays only
  • Experience working in a center-based setting in Cedar Park/ North Austin Area

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Experience in ABA therapy and related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for ABA and commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Pay

$75,000 - $95,000 per year depending on level of experience, plus a 10% performance-based bonus paid out quarterly.

Schedule

Flexible schedule within operating hours between 8:30 AM and 5 PM, weekdays only.
