Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCBA-D)

About the role

We're seeking a passionate BCBA or BCBA-D to join our Moreno Valley team in a hybrid role that blends clinical leadership with hands-on impact. Here, your expertise isn't just valued—it drives real change.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and support onboarding
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Partner with caregivers through meaningful parent training
• Monitor progress through data-driven program adjustments
• Maintain ethical and regulatory compliance (BACB, state, federal)
• Collaborate closely with your Area Director and clinical leadership team
• Support funding source communication as needed

Requirements

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification
• 2+ years of experience supporting individuals with autism or related needs
• Strong communication, leadership, and time management skills

Pay

$80,000–$95,000/year (DOE) + Monthly Productivity Bonus
