About the role
This is a full-time, salaried, hybrid position based in Raleigh, supporting our Home and Community Based Services team. The role requires travel to other areas of North Carolina based on client needs. Part-time and contract opportunities are also available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities
- Lead behavior support programs fostering family engagement and measurable growth.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans.
- Train and mentor staff, DSPs, and supervisors in ABA best practices.
- Collaborate across service lines (EMPOWER, ICS, ABA) to maximize outcomes.
- Deliver in-service training and represent ESPH at professional conferences.
Travel Expectations
This role may include variable regional travel depending on program needs. All work-related travel is reimbursed via mileage pay. You’ll have flexibility to plan travel around program needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
- Licensed Behavioral Analyst in NC.
- 1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and/or autism (preferred).
- 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity (preferred).
- Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and unrestricted driving privileges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
- Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and teams in homes, schools, and community settings.
