About the role
Little Spurs Autism Centers is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support services to individuals with autism and their families. Responsibilities
- Provide individualized care plans based on each client's needs and goals
- Facilitate social skill development activities and group sessions
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistent communication and support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry trends
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as special education, psychology, or a related area
- Experience working with individuals with autism or similar developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (positions may involve travel)
Qualifications
- Pass a background check and health screening
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

Schedule
Hours vary depending on the position and client needs, but typically range from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
