About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a BCBA, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to empower children to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify strengths and areas of improvement
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a comprehensive treatment plan
• Provide training and support to family members and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
• Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans
