Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

Up and Up ABA is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team and deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to families across New Mexico. We are committed to providing the highest level of professional care to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Remotely supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavioral therapists on assigned cases across New Mexico
• Develop ABA curricula and behavior intervention plans
• Analyze data and prepare progress reports and treatment strategies
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and case managers to ensure high-quality care
• Conduct telehealth sessions and remote parent/caregiver training

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB
• Experience working with children with autism
• No New Mexico residency required — open to candidates nationwide
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a strong plus — especially welcome for candidates serving our Spanish-speaking NM families
