About the role
We are currently seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team. The BCBA will be responsible for assessments, program development/implementation, supervision of the Registered Behavioral Technicians and parent training in diverse environments including in-clinic and residential. This position will also qualify for our quarterly bonus incentive. This is a full-time position where you will serve as an integral member of the therapy team working directly to contribute to client and family success.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of a master's degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, or related field of study is preferred.
- Have obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
Pay
The pay range for this role is: 75,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Memphis Clinic)
