About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Behavior Analyst to lead our ABA program in an established multi-disciplinary clinic. This is a remote position, but due to state billing requirements, candidates must hold an active individual provider enrollment with NC Medicaid (NCTracks).

Requirements

  • Active individual provider enrollment with NC Medicaid (NCTracks)
  • Professional license from the North Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board (NCBALB)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents
  • 1 year of supervisory experience with Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), preferred
  • Experience training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents
  • Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery
  • Foster a positive team culture and support agency culture/morale
  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations, and monitoring program progress and productivity
  • Collaborate with other team members

Schedule

Monday to Friday, day shift. Settings include clinics, schools, daycares, and Head Starts.

Pay

$77,000 - $85,000 per year, with exceptional earnings potential. Competitive compensation includes monthly incentive bonuses and a yearly performance bonus.
