Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing comprehensive behavioral treatment plans for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team
  • Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment goals and objectives
  • Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and effective program implementation
  • Monitor and evaluate program progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes
  • Stay current with industry best practices and evidence-based interventions, incorporating new knowledge into treatment plans

Requirements

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Hold a COBA license
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of children with autism
