Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing comprehensive behavioral treatment plans for our clients. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans in collaboration with the therapy team
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment goals and objectives
- Provide training and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and effective program implementation
- Monitor and evaluate program progress, making adjustments as needed to optimize outcomes
- Stay current with industry best practices and evidence-based interventions, incorporating new knowledge into treatment plans
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Hold a COBA license
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
